How does my automatic payment membership work?
With our monthly, 12 and 18 month memberships we require automatic payments that are withdrawn from a checking account or your debit/credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discovery and American Express. All payments are debited on the 1st of each month. When you join these memberships are prorated from the day you join, and the next month your regular dues will be debited on the first of the month.

What if I forgot my password to login to my account?
If you forgot your password, just click on the forgot password link and you can easily update your password to get in.
Question: Can I pay in full for my membership?
Answer: Yes, we have s from a day pass, 1-3 week pass, 1 month pass, 3 month, 6 month or 12 month.

Can I add someone onto my membership?
Yes, you can add a family member or friend at any time to your membership. The cost is just $24/month. Text Laura at 712-253-1658 to add someone to your account. We do not offer this option online currently.
How do I make an appointment for personal training?
You can call, text or email any of the trainers at any time to set up an appointment with them.
Are there any annual fees or maintenance fees?
We have no annual fees.
How do I cancel my membership?
Monthly memberships: You must give a 15 day written notice. Written notice must be sent by email to us at grindcancel@gmail.com. You can also request cancellation by logging into your account and clicking on the change request tab. The billing date is the 1st of every month and written notice must given on or before the 15th of the month to cancel for the current month, otherwise one more debit will be made for your membership dues. We do not offer cancellations through our website, you must login to your account.
12-month and 18-month memberships: obligation dates must be fulfilled before termination may be given. You can find your total amount due for your contract obligation on your account. Any early termination of a long-term membership requires an early termination fee of $225 per person on the account. After you have made your 12 or 18 payments your account will continue at the same rate, but as a monthly membership.
**Any past due balance must be paid in full before we can process any cancellation request. We do not accept verbal, voicemail, text, FB messages or IG messages for cancellation.

Login to your account to update your payment info and get your account paid up. All past due balances of 60 days or more will be sent to our collections department. We can not cancel an account until all past due payments are made.
Why did I get charged an extra $20 with my dues?
The late fee for debit/credit card bounces and checking/savings returns is $20 if your dues do not clear on or before the 5th of the month. This fee is charged by our credit card processor and can not be refunded by Grind Fitness. To avoid this fee, make sure you have an updated card on file and you have sufficient funds in your bank account on the 1st of each month.
Grind Fitness reserves the right to cancel any membership at anytime for activities prohibited by Grind Fitness with no refund of dues given. Vulgar language, bullying other members, loud and obnoxious behavior, fighting or any kind of negative behavior towards other members.
